Sometimes a group of friends and I get together on weeknights and do a dinner that we all make together. This time however, our friend Kartik took over, and made an Indian family recipe and it was SO GOOD. We’re pretty happy about it.Here’s a close-up of my plate just to further elaborate on it’s yumminess.
I ran 7 miles Tuesday and was feeling a bit burnt out/bored of my runs and wanted to try something a little different. So yesterday I went to the track and after a warm-up mile, I ran slow on the curves and sped up on the straights. It was a really nice way to change it up a bit and my overall time averaged at 7:43 so it was actually a speed workout overall.
